Troubleshooting Card Payments
If your card payment fails, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:
Card declined: Your bank may have blocked international or online transactions. Call your bank's customer service and ask them to enable international/online payments.
3D Secure failed: Make sure your phone number is up-to-date with your bank so you receive the OTP. If you didn't get the code, wait 60 seconds and request a new one.
Insufficient funds: Check your account balance. The payment amount includes any currency conversion and bank fees.
Card expired: Check the expiry date on your physical card. If it's expired, request a new one from your bank.
Wrong CVV: The CVV is the 3-digit number on the back of your Visa/Mastercard. For Amex, it's the 4-digit number on the front.
